Breaking demolition hammer feature:
The power source of the hydraulic hammer is the pressure oil provided by the pump station of the excavator or loader, which can more effectively clean the floating rocks and the soil in the rock crevices during the excavation of the building foundation. The principle of selecting hydraulic hammer is to select a suitable hydraulic hammer according to the model of excavator and the working environment.
Huilian hydraulic breaker has three type: Side, Top and Silenced type. With stably high
quality and wide ranges models, Huilian hydraulic breaker is suitable to work in the hardest rock and the most difficult excavation conditions.

Matters needing attention:
1. Carefully read the operation manual of hydraulic hammer to prevent damage to hydraulic hammer and excavator and operate them effectively.
2. Before operation, check whether the bolts and connectors are loose and whether the hydraulic pipeline has leakage.
3. Do not peck holes on hard rocks with hydraulic hammer.
4. Do not operate the hammer when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted.
5. When the hydraulic hose vibrates violently, stop the operation of the hammer and check the pressure of the accumulator.
6. Prevent interference between the boom of the excavator and the drill bit of the breaking hammer.
7. Do not immerse the breaking hammer in water except the drill bit.
8. Crushing hammer shall not be used as lifting appliance.
9. Do not operate the breaking hammer on the crawler side of the excavator.
10. When in use, the hydraulic hammer and the rod should be perpendicular to the working face, and the principle is not to produce radial force.
11. When the broken object has cracked or started to crack, the impact of the breaking hammer should be stopped immediately to avoid harmful "empty hit".
12. If the hydraulic hammer is to be out of service for a long time, the nitrogen should be discharged, and the oil inlet and outlet should be sealed. The cut iron should be stored at high temperature and below - 20 ℃.
13. It is not allowed to use the hydraulic hammer as a crowbar to avoid breaking the drill rod.

Hydraulic seal kit- Phenolic Wear Rings
The function of a hydraulic phenolic wear ring is to guide the shaft and hole sealing of a hydraulic cylinder, absorbing
transverse forces. At the same time, it prevents metal-to-metal contact, optimizing the performance of the sealing system

Hydraulic seal kit- Piston seals
Piston Seals or Piston Rings are used in hydraulic cylinders for fluid sealing and are designed to ensure that pressurised fluid
does not leak across the cylinder head as the system pressure pushes the piston down the cylinder bore.For a cylinder which is
exclusively single-acting, capable of sealing dynamic pressure from one side (unidirectional), it is always best to choose the
type of seal designed to provide optimum sealing qualities for single-acting functions.

Hydraulic seal kit- Buffer seals/buffer rings
HBY buffer ring does more then normal buffer ring does, not only just buffer the pressure spikes of hydraulic systems, but also
acts as a primary seal and pressure spike suppressor. It is mainly used in construction machinery cylinder.
